Josh Turner enlisted the help of his four sons for his latest project, I Serve A Savior. His oldest son, Hampton, and wife, Jennifer, co-wrote a song called "The River (Of Happiness)" featured on the release, and a new video filmed live at Gaither Studios features the Turner family performing the track.

"My wife Jennifer and my oldest son Hampton wrote 'The River of Happiness,'” Turner captions an Instagram post. "We knew we wanted the boys to sing on the record in some capacity and this song felt like the perfect fit."

The short 90-second performance shows each of Turner's sons singing harmony on the song while their mother is seated beside them on piano. It's a proud moment for Turner, who says his wife first sent him the demo while he was in a production meeting for the album.

In a short clip on Instagram, Turner discusses the story behind the song and admits that he had a great time in the studio with his family while recording.

“It’s fun for all of us to get together and sing and play and perform and all that,” Turner says. “It’s not something that I set out to accomplish. It just kind of happened that way. But Hampton in particular, every time I see him, he’s playing some kind of instrument at home. I don’t know what that means, but I can see a lot of me in that. I’m very proud of all of them, they are very capable and very talented.”

The album reached No. 1 on Nielsen's Country Albums Chart and No. 2 on both Billboard’s Top Country Albums Chart and Top Christian Albums Chart upon its release last month.

"This project was truly a dream come true," Turner says in a statement. "It’s something I have wanted to do for a long time. God opened the door and I walked through it. When I look back, this will be one of my favorite projects of my career."
