Vanished – What Happened to Chet Labar of Johnson City?
Chester (Chet) Labar of Johnson City has been missing for 787 days. It's been 787 days since Labar literally vanished and today, authorities are no closer to knowing where he is. Labar's case caught the attention of the National Missing Person's Database (NamUs) and they too have joined the effort to find him.
NamUs has listed some additional identifying information not listed on the original police report including, "His name is tattooed on his neck on his right side, Chester. Has his kid's name Ivy, Bradley, Cassidy, Mariah. Skulls tattooed on his right wrist. LaBar across back shoulders."

Chester Labar of Johnson City was last seen on Sunday, October 2nd, 2016 and now, Johnson City Police are asking for help from the public in finding the missing man who seems to have simply vanished.
According to police, 37-year-old Labar (now 39-years-old he was 37 at the time he went missing), is a white male who stands 5'7” and weighs 140 pounds.
Labar has brown hair and brown eyes and a tattoo that reads "Chester" on the left side of his neck. The last time that Labar was seen, he was wearing a maroon hooded sweaters and sneakers. He may have also been carrying a black backpack and may have a goatee.
