Jay’s Monday Jams

Another Monday rolls around and another three songs coming at you. I didn't have the blues today because of that Eagles win, but as always its time to tell you what I'm listening to.

The first is by Brad Paisley. Glenn and Traci had the chance to hand with Brad in Memphis and I admit I'm a little jealous. I have been jamming out to "Heaven South" since Brad and Kane Brown performed it on the CMAs. Its twangy, catchy, and upbeat; the perfect Brad song.

I LOVE when i stumble across a song, and then can't stop listening to it. I popped in Kip Moore's album "Slowheart" over the weekend came across "Good Thing." This jam has Kip's undeniable vocals and a building beat that keeps you hooked until the end. The muted style of guitar builds and builds and gives this song an old school pop vibe. Wait until the claps at the end, guaranteed you'll be clapping along.

Usually my third song is a throwback, but in honor of my Philadelphia Eagles making it to the Super Bowl, I'm throwing in a curve ball. For the next two weeks I'll be singing along to their fight song.
