We've got that summertime vibe and new music feeling. It's Monday so here is my weekly playlist.

Little Big Town just hosted the CMT Awards and dropped a new summer song on us. Their new single "Summer Fever" brings a new kind of vibe to country. I would almost say this is "disco country" and I love it. I chill vibe and a good driving tune from the foursome is just what we needed.

I think Maddie & Tae are immensely talented. "Girl in a Country Song" was a genius piece of music, and I have been waiting forever for new music from them. We finally get new music in the form of "Friend's Don't." According to Maddie & Tae, this song is about the "friendzone" and when you should tell you aren't in it.

This past weekend I attended the Kenny Chesney show back home in Philadelphia. I expected Kenny to break out his song "Boys of Fall." I expected Kenny to pay tribute to the Super Bowl Champion Philadelphia Eagles. I did not expect to have tears running down my face when Carson Wentz and the rest of the Eagles BROUGHT THE DANG LOMBARDI TROPHY ON STAGE.  It was the third best day of my life...
