A thief in Susquehanna County may not be too concerned about the afterlife as Pennsylvania State Police report a motorized wheelchair was stolen from a church parking lot while the owner was worshipping inside.
The 89-year-old owner was inside the Kingsley United Methodist Church in Brooklyn Township attending services in May 5 at around 11 a.m. when his wheelchair was stolen from the back of his vehicle.
The red, Elite-brand motorized wheelchair is worth about $5,000.
