One of the things I like to search for, includes real estate listings, both locally and around the country, just to see what some of the homes for sale look like, both inside and out. I've found some interesting places over the years, Homes for sale with unusual characteristics or something that most other homes don't possess.

And yes, some homes are far beyond my top monthly mortgage payment cap. It's fun to dream, right? Peaking inside a million-dollar ( of millions of dollar) homes intrigue me.

Especially those types of homes for sale that are within a short drive from the Binghamton area. I found such a home that fits the bill of what I would look for in a dream home.

First off, this is a log home which is something I've always admired in a home. Secondly, it's in a rural setting, and third, the property has a large pond for recreation in the summer and to gaze at the beauty in the winter months.
