Has this ever happened to you? You’re standing in the produce section of the grocery store and spot a deal too good to pass up, so you buy the sale priced produce but as soon as you get home, you find yourself holding the produce in your hands, not entirely sure what to do with it?

This happened to me last week. There was an incredible sale on cauliflower and so I bought I head of it but once I got it home, I started wondering what else I could do with it than what I usually do and that’s steam it.

I called my grandma to chat about some non-produce related things, but my bargain priced cauliflower found its way into our conversation. My grandma suggested that I roast it whole. She explained to me how she prepares it and I figured I would give it a try. One taste and I knew I’d never go back to boring steamed cauliflower.

The whole roasted cauliflower that I made was so incredibly good that I ended up serving it to my husband and son as part of our Thanksgiving meal. The cauliflower even got thumbs up from my five-year-old, so that should be an indication of its deliciousness!
