Hell’s Kitchen Celebrity Chef Judges SUNY Broome Cookoff
A chef who survive Hell’s Kitchen will be judging a cooking competition in the City of Binghamton March 31.
The second annual SUNY Broome CHOPPED competition takes place at the SUNY Broome Culinary & Event Center in the old Carnegie building in Downtown Binghamton at 3 p.m.
The competition pits five teams against each other in creating three meals on the theme of College Cuisine that include an appetizer, entrée and dessert.
Celebrity Chef Melissa Doney, County Executive Jason Garnar, SUNY Broome Community College President Doctor Kevin Drumm and SUNY Broome Hospitality Professor Maria Montemagno will be the judges and are expected to be much more civil that Chef Gordon Ramsay who put Chef Doney through her paces on season 8 of Hell’s Kitchen.
