Glenn Ranks His Favorite Girl Scout Cookies

Have you seen the new Lemon-Ups Girl Scout cookies? They're crispy and lemony, of course, but they also have inspirational messages baked into them, such as "I am a leader" and "I am a go-getter."

We all know the saying, "When life gives you lemons, make lemonade." I say, "Life is even better with Lemon-Up Girl Scout cookies." The Girl Scouts are taking it to an even higher level: They are celebrating this new flavor by giving away a $5,000 trip to Sicily to visit the Amalfi Coast, and experience the celebrated cliffside lemon groves! It's fun trying new releases, but some of long-time flavors hold a special place in my heart. Here's a countdown of how I rank them:

5) Toffee-Tastic: It's hard to beat a buttery cookie that practically melts in your mouth with crunchy toffee bits and it's gluten-free.

4) Girl Scout S'Mores: Creamy chocolate with marshmallow filling. It makes me think of summer and bonfires

3) Do-Si-Dos: It's real peanut butter and it's a cookie that you can dunk in a frosty mug of milk.

2) Thin Mints: A cookie that has a chocolate coating with a hint of peppermint is my kind of cookie. I can also break it in two and dunk them in my frosty mug of milk.

1) Tagalongs. It's a crispy cookie with peanut butter in the middle and surrounded by chocolate goodness....no chocolate GREATNESS. The only real way to eat and enjoy this cookie is to stick it in your mouth and scrape off the peanut butter with your top teeth. If you've done it, you know what I'm talking about. If you haven't you need, too. YUM. YUM.
