Flashmob videos are the craze right now.  I have to admit, there is something pretty cool about seeing a group of people assembling suddenly in a public place to break out in dance.  On the HAWK web site you can see flash mob videos with firefighters to a mob scene at a Binghamton Sens game.

So how does one learn to Flashmob?  You can certainly find out when the JCC on Clubhouse Road in Vestal.  The classes are scheduled for 5:30-6:30pm for 6 Thursdays beginning April 24th.  Expect a good time and a great opportunity to try something new, make new friends, enjoy good date nights, or shed some pounds or tone up.

As choreographer, dancer and director Katie Barlow points out, "music and dancing, by nature just makes us feel good, add the stretching and movement and you have a complete enjoyable package."
