The Food Bank has been helping our neighbors in need during this pandemic and continues to do so now. The Food Bank is a support network of food pantries and meal sights for many counties including Broome.

Mobile Food Pantries In The Southern Tier

If you find yourself in need of food, their Mobile Pantry will be at the Whitney Point Fairgrounds on Wednesday, March 10th from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Maybe you aren't in need but still want to help. The Food Bank still has a few spots available for Wednesday morning in Whitney Point.

If you can't make it on Wednesday, the Food Bank's Mobile Pantry will be at the Maine Community Center in Conklin on Monday, March 15th. If you find yourself in need of food, the Mobile Pantry will be there from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at 956 Conklin Road.

See their New Volunteer Safety Guidelines before you register and keep in mind that you will have to watch their virtual training video before your shift. This is another way to make a difference for others that will make a difference in your life too.
