Fall Season is Here and Trick or Treaters Are Ready
The Fall season is here and with it the sights, sounds and treats of the season. A visit to the Cider Mill in Endicott is a way to celebrate the season. With candy apples, donuts, cider and plenty of other delights the Cider Mill is a wonderful place to celebrate autumn.
During your visit you will also find gourds and plenty of pumpkins. As we head to Halloween many will be adding colorful and seasonal decorations to their homes. And, many will have their favorite trick or treaters ready for all the fun as well. Some of that fun can come at home and also at family friendly events like those at places like the YMCA.
The West Family YMCA at 740 Main Street in Johnson City is once again hosting "Trunk or Treat at the Y". On Saturday, October 26 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM little Trick or Treaters and their families can enjoy various candy treats outside in the Y's parking lot and then head inside for more fun like face painting, pumpkins, arts and craft displays and a costume contest.
Anyone who is interested in hosting a Trunk for the event is asked to contact the Y at 770-9962 extension 430.
