The city of Binghamton has sent a "Lockdown Notice" to the building at 201 Chenango Street, known as the Elks Antler Lodge. Activities have been deemed illegal in the building for quite some time, building an impressive points collection since the homicide that took place near the location on July 24th.

The property owner has only 10 days to respond with a time for a scheduled meeting with the city to come up with solutions to fix the issue. Last year alone, the city of Binghamton utilized the very same law to clean up 13 other buildings and places of business that had accumulated enough points for lockdown.
