Cooperpalooza Carnival: Support for Southern Tier Families Battling Childhood Cancer
A special event called ‘Cooperpalooza’ is coming up, and it's a carnival that will be fun for everyone and also help families dealing with childhood cancer.
What You Need to Know
The Cooperpalooza carnival, which is in its 6th year, will be happening on Saturday, March 8th from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Touch of Texas on Upper Front Street in Binghamton. The carnival is organized by a group called Super Cooper Saves the Day, and it is their main fundraiser. All the money raised at the carnival will go towards helping families in Binghamton whose kids are fighting cancer.
Honoring Cooper's Memory
The carnival is named after Cooper Busch, a brave young boy who fought cancer and inspired many in his community. This event celebrates Cooper's life and spreads joy and support to others going through similar struggles.
What to Expect at the Carnival
The carnival will have lots of fun games and activities for people of all ages. There will be raffle prizes to win, and you can enjoy treats like popcorn, cotton candy, and snow cones. The goal is to bring the community together to support families dealing with childhood cancer.
About the Organizers
Super Cooper Saves the Day was founded by Tara Busch, Cooper's mom, to help those affected by childhood cancer in Binghamton. Tara started this organization after losing her son to cancer, hoping to make a positive impact on others facing similar challenges.
