It's not easy asking for help but there is NO shame in it. Here's one way that our area can help make it a little better for you. The Chenango Valley Central School District is providing FREE milk on Thursday, May 21st.

Upstate Farms has made a generous donation of whole milk to be distributed. It'll happen at the Port Dickinson Elementary School at 770 Chenango Street from 4 to 7 p.m.

You are asked to come from Chenango Street, pull into the Port Dickinson Elementary bus entrance. Someone will help you and they would like you to wear a face mask during pick up.

This is all part of Nourish New York to buy food and products from Upstate Farms so that farmers don't have to dump milk and other products. You don’t have to live in the district in order to get the free milk.

If there is any leftover milk, they will let everyone know about an additional pick-up time on their district website or their Facebook page.
