Do you remember when you were a kid and how there was nothing more satisfying than spending a whole day outside getting so dirty that you mom had to spray you down with the hose before you walked into the house? Those were the days, weren't they? Squishing mud between your toes and making mud pies. Some of the best memories of our childhood were made getting dirty and now it's time for our kids to have the same experience!

New to Binghamton is Mess Fest, a day of fun where your kids (and you, if you want!) can enjoy all sorts of messy fun outdoors and you won't have to lift a finger or do any of the cleaning up.

Mess Fest will be held at Dublin's Adventure Resort (you might know it by its former name- Conklin Sports Park) at 942 Conklin Road in Conklin from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 pm. on Saturday, August 17th. If the weather turns nasty, Mud Fest will be moved to Sunday, August 17th at the same time.

Mess Fest is totally free and everyone in our community is invited. Local businesses will provide messy, fun activities and all you need to do is get your kiddos there and be sure to bring a towel and a change of clothes. And, just like when we were kids, there will be a hose to clean off your kids.
