The COVID-19 infection rates continue to rise throughout the country and in the Southern Tier. With that in mind, beginning today the Broome County DMV offices are moving to the appointment system. You will need to call the Broome County DMV offices in Binghamton and Endicott and make an appointment.

They want to help as many customers as possible but it hasn't been easy as they try to enforce social distancing, trying to keep everyone safe outside in the lines hasn't been easy. They want to reduce congestion while helping to protect the health of their customers along with their staff.

With that in mind, you can call (607) 778-6521 to schedule an appointment at the Binghamton DMV office at their 81 Chenango Street location. You can also contact the Endicott DMV office at (607) 754-2147 at their 137 Washington Avenue location to arrange an appointment.
