Think of it as the Woodstock of country music.  The Taste of Country Music Festival took place at Hunter Mountain and Binghamton was in the house.  Er, make that the field!

The torrential downpours of Thursday night definitely didn't damper things as the inaugural Taste of Country Music Festival kicked off Thursday. Hawk listeners from all over the Southern Tier were at the three day festival and they shared the excitement with us.

Check out these pics from Alecia Clark of Windsor:

Mark Hemmer was at TOC Fest and took these excellent shots:

Krista Graham of Spencer got up close and personal with a lot of the acts:

Judi Whittaker was at TOC Fest with her daughter Aubrey and Aubrey's friends Jessie and Sarah.  Here are their pics:

My friend Shaun worked security at TOC Fest and sent a couple really awesome pics:

Chad Johnson of Endicott called me Thursday night and held up his phone so that I could hear LoCash Cowboys when they were on stage and they sounded phenomenal. Chad also told me that while he was waiting for his friend who was using the restroom, a man walked up to him and gave him a pass to meet Montgomery Gentry. How awesome is that?!? Chad promised he'll take pictures for us!

Amy Hand of Waverly sent me this pic of Craig Campbell performing:

What's better than watching Craig Campbell perform? Um, how about meeting him? This came to me via Twitter from Cindy Short
