Binghamton Mets Can Clinch 1st Place at NYSEG Stadium on Fireworks Night

Well Binghamton Met fans, I have bad, good and better news for you.

First the bad news, the Mets lost 4-1 to Bowie.  You can go here to read all about last night's game. The good news is that Trenton lost last night, so the B-Mets magic number to win the Eastern Division is 1. The better news is that you can see them clinch tonight at NYSEG Stadium.

Tonight is "We Win Wednesday." When they win, not only will the Mets wrap up first place in the Eastern Division but you'll get a free ticket to a future B-Mets regular season game. Also the first 1,000 fans at the game will get a B-Met cap and then celebrate the B-Mets first title in years with a firework show. First pitch is at 6:35 tonight.
