It was the trip of a lifetime for a lot of people in Western New York.

Yeah, the Bills lost on Sunday against the reigning Super Bowl champs, but that didn't stop the Bils Mafia from having all of the fun down in Kansas City.

For one Buffalo Bills fan it meant so much more.

Kristen Kimmick, the creator of Buffalo Bills Babes fan group, went down to Kansas City to cheer on the Bills, but it was bitter sweet. Her father, a major Kansas City Chiefs fan, passed away after suffering a stroke last year. Kristen brought her dad's ashes with her and sprinkled them on the ground in the stands.

"Theres some long needed closure here tonight, even if it wasn’t my Bills closure', she wrote on Facebook.

We always talked about going to Arrowhead together,” she said to WKBW.

It was almost a year ago, since someone had a plea on Facebook looking for help from the Bills Mafia. Back at one of the last home games of 2019, one family was looking for two tiny pendants which were lost at the Bills game. The kids who lost them had the ashes of their late mothers in the pendants. The Buffalo Bills games are a popular place to be, whether you are on this earth with us or not.
