The Big Game is this Sunday and this year it's your turn for the guests to come to your house. It's your responsibility to cook but you don't really have a lot of time to prepare. AHHHHH!!! What do you do?

You could try Traci's Big Game Bites. If that doesn't work, here are some other ways to make it look like you worked hard...without all the effort.

Fake it, don't make it: You can find already-made food and hors d'oeuvres in the frozen food aisle. Bonus, you can grab some ice cream for yourself too.

Popcorn by the gallon: It's already popped and you can get a can of the 3 flavored stuff. Keep it in the kitchen and when it's time for the snacks, "ta-da" here it comes. One thing I've learned from experience. Do not, I repeat DO NOT have a popcorn station.

Anything on a cracker: Find some leftovers in the fridge, add a pepperoni slice and put a cracker on both sides. If you don't want them to know that it's leftovers, bring it along with a 6 pack and they won't care.

Potluck Party: Have everyone bring something. There are many advantages to this: No one knows that you didn't make anything, you don't have to spend any money and you could have leftovers for weeks.

I should have mentioned the Potluck Party earlier and we wouldn't have to worry about any of my other "bright" ideas. Go here for other ideas for your get together on Sunday.
