Traci Taylor’s 2013 NCAA Basketball Bracket Picks

The last basketball game I went to was more than 16 years ago when I was in high school.  Pretty much the only thing I know about basketball is that traveling is not allowed and that double dribbling is a no-no. Yep, I'm that pathetic. But I'm determined to beat Glenn in the Townsquare Media Basketball Bracket so I've placed my picks.
