Coming off an 8-4 loss in their previous game the night before, the Binghamton Rumble Ponies looked to get even on Saturday, June 8 against the Hartford Yard Goats.

Contrary to last night's performance, the game started off as a pitcher's duel as both teams remained scoreless through the first three innings. Michael Paez singles off an error from Colton Welker in the top of the fourth to give the Rumble Ponies the early 1-0 lead. That one run would be all Binghamton needed as they win the game with great pitching from the mound and the great defense to shout out the Yard Goats in Hartford.

After being able to tie the series, the Rumble Ponies will look to seal the deal and clinch the series in the rubber game on June 9 at 1 P.M.
