Pro Football Pick’em Challenge Week 8 Begins Tonight

It's Week 8 of the Pro Football Pick'em Challenge. I'm creeping closer to Traci (Blind Squirrel) Taylor. I gained 3 points on her last week. If I do that again, I'll pass her. Good luck, BS.

My wife Dawn has been using non-logical methods all year. Last week she picked 2 home teams then 1 away team all the way down the sheet. I've been using GP logic...We both went 11-4 . This week, Dawn is picking in alphabetical order.

So this week, I've spent 15 minutes on who to pick between Buffalo and the Jets. I needed to pick some away teams but New York has been off 10 days and they've added Percy Harvin. I finally picked Buffalo.  She went with Buffalo because B is before N.

Tonight San Diego travels to Denver. Last year the only home loss for Denver was on Thursday against San Diego. I don't think it'll happen 2 years in a row so I'm taking Denver.

Dawn will take Denver because D is before S.  No headache or thought behind it and we end up with the same teams. I'm sure there is a lesson in it but darn if I know what it is.
