In addition to crowning Entertainer of the Year, Album of the Year and more winners, the 2016 CMA Awards will also celebrate the awards show's 50th anniversary. In a new promotional clip for the event, Keith Urban and Miranda Lambert team up for a mashup of two classic country hits.

Under a single spotlight and standing back to back, Urban strums an acoustic guitar and sings a few lines of Willie Nelson's "Always on My Mind" before Lambert chimes in with Patsy Cline's "Crazy." As the words “Then. Now. Forever Country.” appear on the screen -- nodding to the celebratory theme that the CMAs have adopted for 2016 -- the two harmonize. The clip is similar in feel to another CMA Awards promo that features Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood singing a medley of John Denver‘s “Take Me Home, Country Roads” and Dolly Parton‘s “I Will Always Love You."

Both Lambert and Urban are nominated for honors at the 2016 CMA Awards: Lambert is up for Female Vocalist of the Year, while Urban has nods for Entertainer of the Year, Album of the Year (as both a producer on and the artist behind Ripcord), Male Vocalist of the Year and Musical Event of the Year (for "The Fighter" featuring Carrie Underwood) -- a total of five nods. Urban has also been announced as a performer for the show.

The 2016 CMA Awards will air live from Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena on ABC on Nov. 2 at 8PM ET.
