Binghamton Mets Celebrate Christmas In July With Trenton Thunder (Double A Yankees)

The win put the Mets at a new high water mark for the season at 26 games over .500 (64-38). The franchise high water mark is 27 games over .500, when the team was 82-55 on September 1, 2000.

They continue their homestand with 5 games in 4 nights against the Trenton Thunder (Double A Yankees) for the final time at home this year.  Tonight is Christmas in July and Thirsty Thursday. It's 2-for-1 pricing on all fountain Coca-Cola drinks, select draft beer brands, coffee and hot chocolate.  It's 5 months till Christmas and Santa is coming to town. Friday is a make up doubleheader and flatscreen Friday with the Mets. The Mets will be giving away 1 flatscreen television each inning at NYSEG Stadium.  They'll be giving away 10 flatscreens throughout the night.  It ends with another fireworks show at the Stadium.  Since it's a make up double header, the first pitch will be at 5:35.

Saturday will be Broadway night and Sunday will be Family Funday Sunday with an appearance by the New York Met mascot, Mr Met.  Sunday will end with another fireworks show at NYSEG Stadium.
