Bears & New Wine Head to the Southern Tier

It's vicious and delicious....It's new bear cubs and a new bear-themed wine called Two Bears.

Animal Adventure in Harpursville and Black Bear Winery in Chenango Forks have gotten together to bring bears to Broome County. There will be an event at the Black Bear Winery on Saturday, April 9th from 1-3pm.

They'll have animal meet & greets, bear crafts for kids, wagon rides and more. A big announcement will be made at 1:30 on Saturday.

Two Bears is a honey and apple wine. A portion of each sale will support the new home of Animal Adventure's black bear cubs, Harpur and Cole.

Cole is 11 weeks old came to Animal Adventure from a zoo in Pennsylvania. Cole came to Animal Adventure after his mother quit nursing him.

Harpur who will be Cole's future mate hasn't been acquired yet but the search is on. They get their names from their new respective home in the Harpursville and Colesville area.
