Vestal Man Arrested in Drug Raid

A Vestal man is facing drug charges following a raid of his Pickwick Drive home.

The Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force allegedly found 20 grams of Fentanyl, around 24 grams of marijuana and $1,133 dollars suspected drug sales proceeds in 29-year-old Bienvenido Aponte’s home during a search June 4.

Aponte is charged with two felony counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and two misdemeanor counts of criminally using drug paraphernalia.
