Also, I'm not an expert on Valentine's Day (even though it's my birthday), but I have to believe that even though a good many people claim that the day is just any other regular day and they don't exchange gifts, that they do.

I feel a sense of obligation to give my husband a gift on Valentine's Day which sounds worse than I mean for it to. I have my own reasons for not liking the holiday, but even though it's my birthday, I still feel like I'm letting him down if I don't gift my husband with something.
