This New Hotline Is Everything Your Autumn Loving Soul Needs

Before you start in on me for rushing through summer by wishing for fall, I want to point out that I'm not into the whole pumpkin spice thing. Also, I recognize that Autumn doesn't begin until September 22. Am I redeemed?

In all fairness, I used to be obsessed with all things pumpkin spice but when I was pregnant with my son, I developed allergies to pretty much everything, including anything with spice in it. So now I avoid pumpkin spice in flavor and smell.

However (here it comes- you knew there was going to be a big ol' but tossed in), I love fall. I love it so much that I might even be willing to trade in my second favorite season if it meant we could live in a fall like state year-round.  I love the beautiful colors on the trees, the smell of fires, and wearing shorts with a hoodie. Weather perfection is what fall is.

If you love fall as much as I do, Starbucks has launched a new phone hotline that plays fall sounds and it's as cheesy as you imagine it to be, but much like that awful movie that you can't bring yourself to turn off, I wasn't able to stop listening to the various scenarios such as the man who lit a fire while sipping of coffee, or the sound of another man saying nothing but the word "flannel;" over and over while elevator music played in the background.

I couldn't say it better than Starbucks did in their insta post, so I'm going to borrow their words, "Fall is so close you can hear it." Check out the new fall hotline by called 1-833-GET-FALL.
