Friends of mine that know good food will always place Tranquil Bar & Bistro in their top 5 choices for great dining in the Binghamton area. After my meal last week, I would definitely agree. If you don't have Tranquil on your must list for Binghamton Restaurant Week, do yourself a favor and add it to your list.
