It took several months but a nuisance property across the street from an Endicott school has been cleared out by court order.

The village of Endicott is preparing to take legal action to deal with trouble at a home across the street from a school.

Students, teachers and staff were directed to leave Jennie F. Snapp Middle School when a fire broke out in a bathroom.
