Homecoming

You're invited to attend an Honor Flight Homecoming to cheer for Twin Tiers veterans as they return to the Southern Tier after an amazing trip to Washington, D.C.

The Binghamton area is due to be a very busy place again this weekend as Binghamton University welcomes back around 1,500 alumni during Homecoming weekend.

I don't know about you, but my Facebook news feed has been blowing up lately with photos of friend's kids going off to homecoming and I have to tell you, I'm so glad I'm not a teenager. Not that I don't like my friend's photos, but because being a teen is tough business.

I can’t think of anything else I would have rather done today than what I did and that was to stand in support of sailor Ryan Poklemba of the United States Navy who returned home to Endicott after serving our country in Afghanistan.
