Fairs

I'm not sure the Governor had to make this announcement, because I don't think any county in New York would hold a fair this year. But he canceled them anyway.

While the New York State Fair for 2020 is still up in the air, many festivals, carnivals and fairs have begun to cancel.

Reaction is coming from all sides following word that Governor Andrew Cuomo wants to extend the run of the New York State Fair by five days.

The Conklin Fair begins Thursday with a parade. There's a Baking and Pass, Punt & Kick competition along with live music. Look for me to shuttle you around Friday and Saturday.

The Chemung County Fair is back for its 175th year and promises fun for the whole family!
