Castle on the Hill

The iconic building known as "The Castle" on the East Side of Binghamton may finally be brought back to life.

April 22nd, 1993, 30 years ago that the 'Castle' closed it's doors for good.

For nearly 30 years, the public hasn't been allowed to so much as peek at the heavily guarded Binghamton State Hospital, but that's about to change.
