According to research published in the American Heart Association's Journal a drug used to treat hypertension may be beneficial in treating Alzheimer's disease.

Alzheimer's disease took my mom away from my family almost 8 years ago. It's a very sad disease that affects not only the person with the disease but also family members.

I met this spunky passionate fireball of a lady while eating dinner. Her name is Victoria Doll, She recently lost her beloved Grandfather to a heartbreaking degenerative brain disease, Alzheimer's.She wants to join in the fight for funding in research. The goal is to have no other family members watch the heart break of this disease.
