Kathy Whyte/WNBF News [file][/caption]Authorities say 77-year-old Ronald Cris Young of Troy is an avid outdoorsman and hiker and frequently walks in wooded areas around the borough.  He is white, stands only 4', 7" tall, has hazel eyes, balding brown hair, a small goatee and wears glasses. Young is believed to have been wearing dark pants, a dark vest or coat, a flannel shirt and a ball cap. He was last seen on the 15th between the hours of 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. in the vicinity of the C&N Bank and Dollar General.

Troopers say as many residents of the area have cameras, including game/wildlife cameras, they are encouraged to check those devices for possible images of Young and contact police.

Anyone with information is asked to call state police at (570) 265-2186.
