Meet Local Heroes: Free Event Showcases Veteran Stories
The Southern Tier Veteran Support Group and Binghamton Vet Center are getting together for an awesome event called "Stories of Service Town" at Taste of New York, 840 Front Street in Binghamton on November 13th.
This community get together is all about giving local veterans a chance to share their heartfelt experiences of service in the United States military. It's an open invite for everyone to come together, hear these brave stories, and show their support.
If you're a veteran and you're willing to share your own Stories of Service, this event is the perfect place to do it. You'll get a special 10-minute slot to express what your service means to you, whether it's through stories, messages, or even old photos filled with memories.
This is an event that you won't want to miss and it runs from 4 pm to 7 pm and is a wonderful opportunity for our community to better understand and appreciate the sacrifices made by our veterans. It's open to all, so feel free to come, listen, and learn from these incredible individuals.
