If you grew up in the 90's, chances are you remember the popular animated Nickelodeon show, Rocko's Modern Life.

The show ran from 1993 to 1996 and then aired reruns for the rest of the 90's.

Now, that show will be releasing its own movie, 20 years after it was made popular.

Rocko's Modern Life: Static Cling will be coming to Netflix and will debut on August 9th. The movie centers around Rocko returning to his hometown of O-town, after him and his friends spent over 20 years in space. Rocko finds that the modern-day amenities, are not really for him.

The movie was originally supposed to debut on Nickelodeon in 2018 but was never aired and the rights were given to Netflix.

His friends Heffer and Filburt will return as well!

Growing up in the 90's and early 2000's, I was a big fan of Rocko's Modern Life. Sometimes the 90's is mentioned as the best era for Nickelodeon and Rocko's show was a big part of that nostalgia.
