In New York (and across the country), a hot topic has come up – should the president's age be capped at 70? According to a recent survey by the legal experts at Weiss & Paarz, over half of Americans think the age of the president should be capped.

However, residents of New York State appear very passionate about this issue, they would be in favor of a rule that restricts the age of our nation's leader to under 70. My question is - Did they think that before or after the recent Presidential election.
