Among the directives is requiring employers to provide masks for employees to wear during their time at work and make it mandatory except during break time, staggering work start and stop times and making sure their businesses have sufficient staffing to control access and social distancing.

Businesses that serve the public inside a building also must require customers to wear masks while on premises and deny entry to people not wearing masks unless the business is providing medicine or food and alternate methods of pickup are provided, conduct business with the public by appointment only, clean registers regularly and schedule hand-washing breaks for employees at least every hour.

Governor Tom Wolf is recommending all Pennsylvanians wear masks when going out for life-essential business.
