It includes staying well-hydrated, and cooling down before bedtime, by using fans, taking a cool shower, and limiting AC use smartly.
They also suggest using with at-home solutions like freezing sheets before bed or lightly misting them. These small changes may help improve the quality of sleep during those very hot nights.
This will not only help us on July 28th but will also help on future sweltering nights. So, let’s embrace these tips and get ready for restful slumber in the Empire State. Here's to staying cool and saying goodbye to sleepless nights!
