It brings us entertainment in the comfort of our homes. BetMGM decided to do a study to find out the most popular game shows in every U.S. state using Google.

They looked at data from the past five years to find out exactly what shows people love to watch from across the nation.

Here are the top picks in New York according to Google:

Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader? – This brain-teasing show has caught the eye of New Yorkers, challenging contestants to test their smarts against what fifth graders know. I don't do very well when I play along.

Family Feud – The classic favorite, "Family Feud," is also a hit in New York, bringing families together to guess answers in a fun showdown. It's also a way to find out  who has the smarts in the family.

Jeopardy! – The quiz show where you answer with a question. New Yorker's love to match wits against the smartest people in the country and "Jeopardy is the perfect game for us.
