New York is number two when it comes to searching for last-minute flights. That means many people here are thinking, “Hey, why not? Let’s go somewhere this weekend!” Can’t say I blame them.

So who else is in the "race" with New York? Congratulations to California, Georgia, Texas, and Pennsylvania because you are all up there too. However, New York is way ahead of them because we are basically the “let’s do it now” state.

Being impulsive isn’t always a bad thing. Sometimes the best memories come from those “what the heck, let’s do it” moments. I had a friend and his wife decide at the last minute to go to a concert and they told me that they are so glad they did. It was night that they won't ever forget.
