According to authorities, Ciara L. Culpepper, 15, was reported missing from the Children's Home of Wyoming Conference on April 23, 2026.

Police Track Recent Sightings in Binghamton's First Ward, Main Street

Law enforcement has received reports of Culpepper being spotted in several high-traffic areas of the City of Binghamton over recent weeks.

According to a Sheriff's Office missing person bulletin, she was recently seen on:

  • Main Street
  • Clinton Street
  • Jarvis Street
  • The First Ward neighborhood

Six Missing Person Reports Filed Since October in Binghamton and Johnson City

The Sheriff's Office noted that this is the sixth time Culpepper has been reported missing since October 2025. During previous search efforts, local law enforcement successfully located her along the Main Street corridor, spanning both the City of Binghamton and the Village of Johnson City.

Officials have not released further details regarding the specific circumstances of her disappearance.
