Mirabito’s Gallons for Good Program: Making a Difference, One Gallon at a Time

Mirabito Energy Products is going to make a big impact in our area with its brand-new charitable initiative, Gallons for Good. The goal is to get the community involved and create positive change.

Here is how it works: With every home energy purchase made, including fuel, heating, and cooling equipment, customers can donate their Mirabito Rewards to support the cause.

Every year, a selected nonprofit organization will receive the funds raised. To kick things off, the Upstate Golisano Children’s Hospital and the Upstate Foundation will be the first recipients. The program wants to give critical care and support to children in our community.

Marissa Sweeney, Director of Marketing at Mirabito Energy Products, is excited about this new initiative. "Our new Gallons for Good initiative reflects our commitment to making a positive difference in the communities we serve," she said. "We are excited to partner with Upstate Golisano Children’s Hospital as our first recipient. Their dedication to improving the lives of children and families resonates with our values, and we believe that together we can make a difference for children in our communities."

Mirabito's 'Gallons for Good' Program

This is how it works. Mirabito customers can log onto their online account or use the Mirabito Mobile app. Navigate your Home Heat Rewards account and opt-in to donate their rewards to the Gallons for Good Program. You can also make a one-time donation.

At the end of the year, Mirabito will turn your Rewards to dollars and contribute it to the chosen organization. They'll also be announcing the next charity selection for the following year.

If you're a regular at Mirabito Convenience Stores, you probably already know about their Round Up campaigns, where customers can round up their purchase totals to support local community projects and charities.

The Gallons for Good program and the Round Up campaigns are all part of Mirabito Cares, a program devoted to supporting local communities. The company is all about making sure the regions they serve flourish.
