Imagine living in a legitimate mansion and only paying one dollar a month in rent. Sounds like a hoax, doesn't it? Well, it's not.

Meet Ron Sturgeon, a Texas millionaire who is renting out his mansions for just $1 per month. But- before you start packing up your place with the intent to move to Ft. Worth, you need to know that this offer isn't available to everyone.

Big hearted Sturgeon is opening the doors to his mansions to people who lost their homes in last month's deadly tornado. He says each large home can house four families comfortably and he's only asking for $1 per month in rent.

Catherine Jenkins is a single mom who cares for her quadriplegic daughter and she moved into one of the homes last week saying, "It is just overwhelming. We're going to be so happy just to be able to rest finally. This is beyond anything I ever dreamed."

Sturgeon was out of town when the storm hit, but he say footage of the devastation on the news and felt it in his year to help. "When I saw the news I realized that I'm so blessed to have these two huge homes sitting vacant – one of them is completely furnished," he said. "And I wanted to do something."

Please share. Does anyone have friends or relatives that lost their home in garland or other city that needs housing? I...
