In New York, fans showed major love for March Madness (I would agree with that), with 170,500 searches per month over the last year. It's not just New York but other hoop crazy states like Indiana, Michigan, and North Carolina having a thing for March Madness over the NBA Playoffs.  A total of 17 states had more search interest in March Madness.
