27-year-old Nicholas Ferlenda of Syracuse is also accused of punching one of the men in the face and smashing the driver’s side window of their vehicle when they tried to exit the parking lot.

Troopers say Ferlenda is charged with felony criminal mischief, misdemeanor aggravated harassment and a violation charge of disorderly conduct.

Authorities say Ferlenda was treated for cuts to his arm and hand, presumably from the broken glass from the car window.

He was sent to the Onondaga County Justice Center.
