Kid Rock has been named the Grand Marshal of the 2019 Christmas parade in Leipers Fork, Tenn., a rural community just outside of Nashville. The news comes just one year after the rapper and sometimes country singer was stripped of his title as the Grand Marshal of the Nashville Christmas Parade for a profane reference to The View host Joy Behar.

Parade organizers announced the news in a post to Facebook. Kid Rock walked in the Leipers Fork Christmas Parade in 2018 after he was sacked from his spot as Grand Marshal of the Nashville Christmas Parade, according to PopCulture.com.

Nashville Christmas Parade organizers made the decision to remove Kid Rock from their event after an appearance on Fox & Friends, during which he excoriated Behar during a conversation about political correctness.

"God forbid you say something a little bit wrong, you're racist, homophobic, Islamophobic, this that and another," he said. "I would say, 'love everybody,' except I'd say, 'Screw that Joy Behar b---h.'"

Country Music Fans Will Love Caylee Hammack!

Kid Rock made headlines again recently due to a video in which he delivered a profanity-laced tirade against Oprah Winfrey, Behar and Kathie Lee Gifford from the stage of his bar in downtown Nashville, causing fans who were in attendance to speculate that he was intoxicated. He was helped from the stage by what appeared to be a police officer at the end of the video when he seemed to be unable to get to his feet by himself, and turned to Facebook after the video went viral to explain himself after many reports called his rant racist.

"I am just saying what a lot of people think. Not saying I should be, but sometimes I just do. Oh well," he writes in part.

"I have a big mouth and drink too much sometimes, shocker!" Kid Rock adds. "I also work hard and do a ton to help others out but that’s just back page news because the press hates I love Trump, f--k them too. I am what I am, I ain’t what I ain’t!"

Organizers of the Christmas parade in Leipers Fork have not commented publicly on Kid Rock's recent outburst.
